We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team in Palanpur, Gujarat. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to develop their skills in a professional and supportive environment. Full training will be provided on U.S.-based accounting, taxation, and software tools.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Record and post journal entries accurately and timely.

• Assist with payroll processing and understanding payroll taxes.

• Help with sales tax preparation and compliance.

• Perform bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.

• Review ledgers and assist in finalizing financial statements.

• Conduct report analysis and provide insights as needed.

• Process entries for billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal standards.

• Support the team with W.C audits, applications, and other office tasks as required.

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Commerce with at least 1 year of experience
  OR
  M.Com (Freshers welcome – full training will be provided)

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

• Experience or familiarity with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) is a plus (but not mandatory).

• Eagerness to learn U.S. income tax filing for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

• Attention to detail, good organizational habits, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills (email and phone), and a willingness to take initiative.

• Must have a genuine interest in building a career in the accounting and finance industry.

🕘 Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday — 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
